BATON ROUGE, La. — MMR was recently spotlighted by HACO Group for its acquisition of several new machines, housed in its 40,000-square-foot Integration and Panel Fabrication Center. MMR District Manager Brian Savoy discussed the new capabilities in a testimonial video produced by HACO.

“Our 12kW fiber laser has allowed us to design and build products that would not have been feasible before,” said Savoy. “We went from a 28-minute machine to a 28 second machine.”

MMR’s Integration and Panel Fabrication Center produces custom design, fabrication, and analytical systems for clients in need of industrial instrumentation and electrical services. Last year marked a pivotal milestone for MMR after acquiring an HFL 4020GX 12 kW fiber laser and EuroMaster S press brake, empowering the Integration Center to design and fabricate a wider variety of products. The Fiber Laser is used at MMR’s Integration and Panel Fabrication Center in Baton Rouge, La., and is featured among additional state-of-the-art equipment housed in the Integration Center.

The Integration and Panel Fabrication Center provides services for industrialized control buildings, custom consoles, analyzer sample systems and shelters, temporary power racks and more, as well as constructs a variety of control panels such as marshalling cabinets; consoles; custom aluminum, stainless steel, and powder-coated enclosures; and PLC cabinets. Additionally, MMR designs, fabricates, and constructs industrialized control buildings, including Analyzer Shelters, PDC Buildings, and RIE Buildings.

MMR maintains a diligent and highly qualified staff to perform activities such as welding, sheering, bending, grinding, wiring, and laser tagging. While the activities are being performed, clients can monitor operations of their projects from inception to completion. The live cameras can also be utilized for conducting Factory Acceptance Testing and for additional team members participating remotely.
